We are a Virtual Salvage yard that allows our customers to sit in the comfort of their home and search for rare parts. We save you the work of hunting cars, driving long distances, walking in the heat or cold, fighting insects, avoiding snakes or scorpions, and pulling parts that may not work.

Prior to purchase you will have received an E-mail quote describing the condition of your pieces, in most cases photos, price, shipping cost and payment instructions. We do quotes via phone as well, but prefer to document each purchase via email.

We know that if a part is damaged through negligence or poor packing it cannot be easily replaced. As with any rare or delicate item, attention to detail is of great importance. In general, your part can be expected to ship between 10 to 30 business days with the exception of large sheet metal and other items that must be crated and may require 2-3 weeks extra according to number of crates in line for completion. **Business days: Refers to Monday - Friday only and excludes weekends and holidays.

Due to custom packaging or crating, some items may need additional time after 30 business days (usually between 2 to 3 weeks extra) for completion.  Our crates must be hand crafted to endure rough handling, drops, forklifts and any other potential mishap that can occur during transport. A $50.00 to $70.00 crating fee is charged according to size. We ship via UPS www.ups.com , FedEx www.fedex.com  and road freight with Overnite Transportation Company www.overnite.com

*WEATHER EFFECTS: Severe weather may delay processing. Thunderstorms, lightning, freezing temperatures, heat over 90 degrees and unusual extreme weather will halt all outdoor processing. Delays will be determined upon condition of outdoor facility.

OVERSEAS ORDERS: Large  sheet-metal  orders are shipped only if customer provides and pays shipping company. We do not provide overseas shipping company. The smallest crate we can ship via boat is 300 lbs which usually contains doors, hood or other large parts, plus weight of crate. Overseas Customer pays $75.00 for crate material but must provide and pay for transport/shipper. Customer is responsible for customs and other pickup fees at destination port. Email us for details regarding international freight.

These are our processes and estimate timetables for Sunman Classic Ford Supply. As a company that appreciates Classic cars and parts, we also appreciate our Classic Customers and their restoration goals.  Please let us know if we can help you complete your project.

Thank You!
